Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is strategically located just off Reforma, close to Zona Rosa, 2 blocks away from Paseo de la Reforma, making it perfect and safe for exploring Mexico City. The rooms are small but adequate for the price, though they may have a weird smell at times. The service is excellent, with helpful staff showing me the mailbox nearby. The dining options are varied with many local items to choose from, but prices can vary. Overall, a great value for the money.
The hotel is in a prime location just off Reforma and pretty close to Zona Rosa, making it ideal for exploring the city. Although the rooms are spacious, they do not have coffee/tea making facilities and can be noisy due to their proximity to the elevator. The service is efficient but lacks English proficiency despite claiming to speak the language. The dining options are excellent with a variety of local dishes to choose from, enhancing the overall experience. The facilities are adequate, providing essential amenities for a comfortable stay, but there is room for improvement in certain areas.
This hotel had both its highs and lows. The location was superb, close to major attractions and in a quiet neighborhood. However, the rooms could use better lighting and insulation from the nearby school. The service was below standard for the prices charged, with some room availability issues. On the bright side, the dining options were diverse, and the facilities were well-maintained.
Despite the convenient location near Reforma Avenue and the US embassy, the hotel had some drawbacks. The rooms were fine but noisy due to their proximity to the elevator. Service fell below expectations despite a standout performance by the maitre. The dining options were limited but delicious. On the upside, the hotel's unbeatable location close to Zona Rosa offers easy access to entertainment and cultural activities.
